I know this terrain. I have lived through burnout, confusion, and disconnection. I have also rebuilt from the ground up. What I offer comes from that lived experience, paired with the structure of acupuncture, Chinese Medicine, and Katonah Yoga®.

This work is practical. It is rooted in wisdom. It asks you to participate.

We slow down. We listen. We map patterns instead of chasing symptoms. We work with your body rather than against it. The tools are simple. The results are steady. This is medicine that builds over time.

Whether you are seeking emotional clarity, physical balance, or deeper connection, there are multiple ways to work together.

  • Acupuncture sessions rooted in Traditional Chinese Medicine and tailored to your body’s rhythms. This is precise, individualized medicine designed to regulate, strengthen, and restore.

  • Group or private Katonah Yoga® that map, fortify, and reorganize your structure. This is geometry applied to the body. Practical, intelligent, and sustainable.

  • Women’s Circles that bring community into the healing process through movement, meditation, and honest conversation. A space to gather with intention.

  • Workshops and seasonal events that allow us to go deeper. These may focus on theory, hands on learning, community building, or intentional rest.

Hi, I’m Tira.

I’m Tira Mills, a Registered Acupuncturist and certified Katonah Yoga® teacher. I am a lifelong student of ancient medicine and modern life.

My work is built on the understanding that life is relational, and healing is relational too. It requires safety. It requires rhythm. It requires time. The space I am cultivating is intentional. For you. For me. For our community.

I value presence over performance. Process over perfection. Community over isolation.

Whether I am offering acupuncture, teaching a class, or holding a gathering, my intention is consistent. I want people to feel more at home in their bodies. More steady in their lives. More clear in their choices.

I work in and around Nanoose Bay, BC. My commitment is to care that is accessible, thoughtful, and grounded in tradition while remaining responsive to the world we are living in now.

Throughout the year, I host special events that bring together Katonah Yoga®, Traditional Chinese Medicine, and seasonal wellness practices. These gatherings are a chance to step out of routine, learn something new, and connect with others in a supportive space.
